These are some photos which we took today while recording our clips for our close up of the drums. There are a variety of angles on it so that we can see what is the best for the video recording itself at a later date.
We weren't able to record the close ups yesterday due to the actor not showing up. However we were able to record part of the drum close up today although our actor wasn't wearing the same clothes as he was in the original shoot.
In my Monday meeting post we discussed more recording ideas with the close ups of the instruments.
We have been able to book a practice room, in which we will record one set of close ups for our instruments.
These are some examples of close ups which we have to record this week except for the rest of the instruments used. We also hope to get more clear and closer images of the instruments.
Over the nest few weeks we will be re-recording scenes such as the close ups on the postcards and adding in close ups of the instruments used during the video. We will decide where they will go in the video once we have recorded it.
Kyle has been working on the editing for the music video. So far he has edited around 2 minutes of footage. However we will be adding more to it over the next few weeks when we add/change more scenes which we will be recording.
For my digipack example, I have decided to go for these examples. This is because it has the artist title and the name of the song which we are recording a video for.
